1. Introduction

xp666 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Winnings generated while ineligible may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one xp666 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You must notify xp666 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility until xp666 receives written notification of unauthorised access and takes action accordingly.

xp666 recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available through the account security settings dashboard after login.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

xp666 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. All accounts are required to complete KYC before withdrawal requests are processed.

The following payment conditions apply:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit unless a valid technical reason prevents this, in which case xp666 will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• xp666 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawals page. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through xp666 are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when xp666's system issues a bet reference number and the stake has been successfully deducted from your PKR balance. Until confirmation is received, no bet exists.
• xp666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of system malfunction, data error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• For cricket betting and all sports markets: where an event is abandoned, suspended, or significantly altered (e.g., format change, venue change), xp666 will apply the betting rules applicable to that market as published in the platform's sportsbook rules section at the time of bet placement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for digital titles and by physical dealing under studio conditions for live dealer titles. xp666 does not manipulate individual game outcomes.
• xp666 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, maximum winnings per bet, or maximum winnings per day for individual accounts at its sole discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

xp666 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in all accounts being permanently closed and bonus balances forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xp666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Accessing another user's account without authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property
